Located in a Bassendean, in a purpose built facility, TCS utilises modern high tech production equipment and the latest technology in computer systems and software packages specifically designed for the food manufacturing industry.
Quality and Food safety are paramount with a full time Quality Assurance team on site monitoring all production processes and techniques.
Regular accreditation and monitoring audits are conducted by SGS Australia, giving TCS its third party HACCP accreditation.
TCS Management and Production crew carry a wide range of catering qualifications and a wealth of experience collected from all corners of the globe including but not limited to universities, top class restaurants, hotels and airline catering facilities.
Producing thousands of complete meals daily for both metro and country clients, 12,000 meals weekly for a major airline, and various Cook Chill, Cook Freeze & Extended Life products, the company is currently in a rebuilding phase to free up capacity and explore new markets.
TCS also produces approx 10 tons per week of product for Quick Service Restaurants for both local and interstate customers.
TCS produce an extensive range of generic extended shelf life products which come with a 30 day fresh shelf life and can produce specific products based on the clients own recipes or develop new products from scratch.
