TCS currently employs a dedicated team of Chefs /Cooks to produce meals and meal components for the Health Care and Aged Care industries.

Currently operating out of a state of the art facility in Bassendean TCS utilises the latest equipment to ensure all specialised diets are prepared in line with current legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards.

Cycle menus, taking into consideration seasonal changes and customer feedback, are regularly updated and changed to reflect fresh in season products and the constantly evolving tastes and dietary requirements of the consumer.

Up to date product specifications are supplied with all products as well as regular microbiological testing is carried out to ensure the integrity of the food safety is maintained.
